Call for proposals 3: Working digitally in the arts field

Necro capitalism and latin american technology, revers colonazation utopia

Which challenges for working digitally in the arts carry your interest?

technology applied to performing arts as a concept and a practice to respond to our philosophical life questioning. Making contemporary art with relevant message for today that goes beyond our geo-limits in the most poetic and innovative way to say them. to make something relevant is to go beyond our interest as artists and scientists. our project involves digital art such as MR (mixed reality )

Why do you want to participate in this call?

We are Motivated for this call because we truly found it to be what we are passionate about in this moment, first because we are concerned with digital arts and ethical use of a digital cultural and what our artistic responsibility in terms of content could be, but also because we are concerned with relevance of concept versus technique, and we wish to endevor in the depths of a commun work to find our answers if any or create to new questions for the collective thought. which we believe is today like the data cloud of technology and commun ideas.

How could your work on these challenges have an impact towards fairness and sustainability in the arts of Flanders and Brussels?

We believe that our research has no borders, we are deeply concerned with making art that allows is to imagine a world without borders, we are interested in the history of the world, symbolic relics like architecture and historical symbols that allow us to create a new world in a digital form , maybe we can solve our problems digitally as it seems we have as a human race been obsessed with manifesting destruccion what if we manifested a whole different aesthetics of existing. where we could challenge certain normality that have been created us. these terms should be global and therefore concern any country when it means contributing to research and production.
